Stony Brook at the side of Darien Town Hall. Old-time residents report that catch-basins were created at the side of the Town Hall in order to alleviate flooding. It has done that for almost 30 years, but they now have sediment and sand banks, creating a need for maintenance to remain effective. Below – Two photos taken April 2007 outside of Town Hall.
